Terms of Service — Qonouut

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Publisher and acceptance

Qonouut is published by STMB LLC, a company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, whose official mailing address is 30 N GOULD ST STE N, SHERIDAN, WY 82801. It is represented by Ettaieb Mourad. Contact: qonouut@outlook.com.

By creating an account or using Qonouut, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. The service

Qonouut offers Islamic psycho-spirituality journeys, Quranic and adhkar content, prayer guides, reflection exercises, favorites, a tasbih and notifications. Features may evolve, be suspended for maintenance or depend on an internet connection.

The service does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, a personalized fatwa, a promise of healing or any guarantee concerning an unseen cause. In case of danger, illness, severe distress or an emergency, immediately contact the appropriate services and a qualified professional.

3. Account

You must provide an email address that you control, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. Accounts and personal data must not be sold, shared or used to bypass an access limit.

4. Content and sources

Sacred texts, translations, references and audio are provided with the sources available in the app. A translation or explanation may have editorial limitations: verify references and seek advice from a qualified person for important religious questions. You remain responsible for how you use the content.

5. Subscriptions and trial period

The offers displayed in Qonouut are those available at the time of purchase: €2.50 per week, €7.49 per month and €69.90 per year, subject to the currency and taxes displayed by the store.

Mobile purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. A subscription may renew automatically under the store’s rules. When offered, the trial period is shown on the purchase screen before confirmation. Cancel renewal in the App Store or Google Play settings before the deadline indicated by the store. Refunds are handled by the relevant store.

Invitation and partner codes are limited, revocable, non-transferable and may be linked to an account or campaign. Lifetime free access must never be presented as a transferable purchase; it may be withdrawn in case of fraud or abusive use.

6. Prohibited use

You may not disrupt the service, bypass a security measure, extract content on a large scale, resell access, impersonate another person, publish unlawful content or use Qonouut to diagnose, threaten or manipulate others.

7. Intellectual property

Qonouut, its interface, code, original texts, trademarks and graphic elements belong to the publisher or its licensors. Third-party texts and audio remain subject to their licenses and reuse conditions. Permission for personal use does not transfer any ownership right.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable efforts, without a guarantee of permanent availability or absolute accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the content, network interruptions or the services of stores and providers.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your user space or by writing to the contact address. The publisher may suspend an account in case of fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms, in accordance with applicable law. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a store subscription: it must be cancelled through Apple or Google.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
