Delete my Qonouut account

From the app

1. Open My Space.
2. Go to Settings → Data & privacy.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Confirm after reading the warning.

Deletion removes your profile, favorites, saved texts, journeys, counters and account preferences, subject to data that the law requires us to retain temporarily. Purchases and receipts remain managed by Apple or Google: deleting Qonouut does not cancel a store subscription.

If you can no longer open the app

Email qonouut@outlook.com from the email address on the account with the subject Delete my Qonouut account. Never include your password. We may request reasonable identity verification before deletion.

The request is handled within the period required by applicable law. Data retained for a legal obligation, security or evidence is isolated and deleted as soon as that need ends.
